Return Policy

Our official policy is:

We want to make it right.

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're happy to help! We offer returns within 14 days of purchase. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.

To initiate a return, please contact us at 920d@920dcustom.com and request a return authorization.

Conditions

  • Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
  • Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use

Please note: If we are at fault, we will cover any return shipping fees.

How do I return an item?

To return an item, please contact us at 920d@920dcustom.com and include the following information:

  • Order Number
  • Reason For Return
  • Desired Solution (ex. Refund or Exchange)

A member of our customer service team will review the request and contact you with further instructions.

Please note: Before returning the item, our customer service team must approve the return. We are unable to accept returns that have not been approved prior to receiving the return.

Can I cancel an order?

If you want to break our hearts.

Kidding aside, of course you can. We want you to want to upgrade your guitar - to want to sound better than you ever thought possible 🤷‍♂️.

If you'd like to cancel your order, and, in-turn, the musical upgrade of a lifetime, please contact us at 920d@920dcustom.com. Time is of the essence - once your order ships, we're unable to cancel.

If your order has already shipped, don't worry - we'll work with you to schedule a return and get your money refunded.
