Return Policy

To initiate a return, please contact us at 920d@920dcustom.com and request a return authorization.

International sales:

  • All sales outside of the lower 48 are final and not eligible for returns.

Changed mind:

  • Discounted items (sale items, closeouts, etc.) are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use.
  • 25% restocking fee may be applied for returned items.
  • All returns must be initiated within 14 days of receipt without exception.

Manufacturing defect:

  • Items must be in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. If the product has any modification, it cannot be returned.
  • All returns must be initiated within 14 days of receipt without exception.

Item hasn't arrived:

  • If an item has been shipped, but hasn't arrived, please contact the shipping provider (FedEx, USPS, DHL, etc.). We are unable to open a case with shipping providers regarding items that have left our facility.

Item shows "Delivered" but cannot be located:

  • If an item has been shipped and it's status shows "delivered" by the shipping provider, but the item cannot be located, please contact the shipping proivder. We are unable to initiate a return or refund on lost, missing, or stolen items.

Recieved incorrect item:

  • If you recieved the wrong item, please email us at 920d@920dcustom.com. and include a photo of what you recieved.

How do I return an item?

To return an item, please contact us at 920d@920dcustom.com and include the following information:

  • Order Number
  • Reason For Return
  • Desired Solution (ex. Refund or Exchange)

A member of our customer service team will review the request and contact you with further instructions.

Please note: Before returning the item, our customer service team must approve the return. We are unable to accept returns that have not been approved prior to receiving the return.

Can I cancel an order?

If you want to break our hearts.

Kidding aside, of course you can. We want you to want to upgrade your guitar - to want to sound better than you ever thought possible šŸ¤·ā€ā™‚ļø.
